This application does not register you for the activity/class at Lyrics and Melodies Studio or Mini Melodies. It is the applicant’s responsibility to register for the activity/class directly and assist in coordinating payment directly to the studio/teacher if approved.

Arts program is offered by Lyrics and Melodies Studio or Mini Melodies.
